Management and leadership is an academic book. My professor recommends it in Colorado School of Public health. Along with my 10 years of experience in public health with international agencies this book brought alot to learn. I wish I had this book earlier during my work. I am sure this will help all the working class in public health to get the competencies required for leading and managing a public health organization in this rapidly changing environment.

Easy to read although there are detailed explanations and examples for those who want to spend a bit more time.

Don't get the Kindle version. After paying nearly $100, I can't even complete my assignments because many of the charts and images have been removed. Instead I see empty boxes with the message "Content removed due to copyright restrictions"
