Hot smoked Whitefish

The large smoked whitefish was very appealing in it's kryovaced package, BUT, the shipping box was 75+degrees inside, the Ice pacs were long-time melted and was labeled with ONE perishable sticker! Noway was this product safe to eat!

The fish was amazingly delicious and fresh! Huge size (bigger than what we are used to buying in store) - longer and thicker. Fully smoked. The delivery was much faster than expected. Expected delivery June 26 - July 1, but received June 19! Perfectly packaged in ice and mailed by overnight delivery. So glad it came in time for Father's Day weekend!

My white fish was delivered today, 2/18, early and delicious. I used the small flakes and pieces for White Fish Salad, the rest is lovely on a plate, with bagels, onion and cream cheese. Thank you so much for a delicious and quick fish.

Product arrived in an impressive insulated packageBUTProduct did not smell rightand looked rawand was impossible to prepare for serving.

My Sister has not stopped talking about that fish! Very good quality - you get what you pay for.
