Q: Do these jars come completely unsealed? my ground black lime arrived with no seal on it whatsoever.

Mine also did not have a seal. But the outside cover was wrapped in plastic around the lid, the way they do for chapstick.

Q: My bottle of Ground Black Lime tastes very salty. Could it be mislabeled? I noticed you have a bottle of Black Lime with salt, too.

I actually did not notice saltiness, however very often acidic flavors can be mistaken for salty ones. There is no salt listed in the ingredients. Hope this helps.

No salt!! Just sun-dried persian lime (citrus latifolia), ground!
