This brace makes a difference on my arm and helps to relieve pain in my arm from being in ICU during a procedure. I brought a large based on other reviews. I don't have large arms, but ordering a large ( it's adjustable), helps if I need a some extra support.

These could have been great but they were to big for my daughter it went from just below her shoulder and all the way down to her wrist. I did return because of this.

If you do not want your elbow to bend at all like I did THIS IS the brace for you because it has 3 metal braces inside! I actually wear mine all day right now until the orthopedic hand surgeon tells me not too. The velcro straps are adjustable and it was very easy for me to put on by myself. The trick is to loop the velcro straps first then slide your arm in and then tighten the straps. The only issue I have had is it sometimes slips down my arm. All I do if just adjust it and it's fine again.

almost a keeper. runs small in both girth and length. turning it "upside-down" so the buckles are under the elbow gives a nice, freedom of movement to bend slightly at night while giving good protection against hyper-extension. however, i also ordered a different model for comparison that I decided had more length coverage and warmth, for a better feeling of safety to leave the house or move around without fear of further injury, and without heavy hardware like I am using for ROM at home. i am recovering from a bad dislocation and in winter weather, so it's a matter of what you need. this brace is meshier and a little bit cooler as well as shorter, more like a half or 3/4 sleeve coverage. just not quite enough stability for me.

The item arrived without the plastic buckles where the velcro is routed thru and fastened. Product is incomplete and unusable. JUNK!

I bought these for my sister. She has special needs and these keep her from hurting herself. I also bought leg warmers to go under them

I have a lot of braces due to stroke. This is one of the easier ones for me to use. Does what it was meant for.

You can't beat the economy of this item. And unlike some others I'd looked at that got poor reviews for unwanted flexibility - this one works. I needed a brace for sleeping and this one has withstood the test. It keeps my arm from bending in my sleep and the spine hasn't broken. And I appreciate that I was able to order the larger version for my fat arms. Downside: I would have spent a few more dollars if I could get better velcro. The velcro on this is cheap and often comes undone. Worse: it's very noisy. Not good if you sleep with another person that's a light sleeper.
