So far so good !
I am using them because I am an over eater. So far it’s been helping curb my appetite but I also need to have some discipline. Exercise and eating properly go hand in hand with this pill. It smells like licorice and I swallow with a lot of water. So far so good!

Excellent Fiber Supplement
Excellent fiber supplement. Has worked better for me than Methylcellulose or Psylium.

NO PSYLLIUM.
This is a good quality fiber and I like the fact it is not a gall bladder irritant as it has no psyllium. I don't care for the strong smell and taste of fennel.

Useless, noticed nothing
Taken this for weeks & have noticed no change in stool or feeling fuller when consuming water & eating a healthy diet. Disappointed considering the $$
