Good supplement.

Effects noticed within first half hour. Very noticeable improvement in endurance normally after use.

Supports nitric oxide production which relaxes blood vessels to improve blood flow. Jarrow appears to be a reliable brand. Have ordered this multiple times and never have broken or partially dissolved pills. These are not small but the flip side is you don't have to swallow 4 or more to get the full daily dosage.

I normally use Beet juice or powder to up my NO levels, but Jarrow Formulas 'Arginine-Citrulline Sustain Supports Nitric Oxide' is a viable "on-the-go" alternative. If you have any circulatory issue, then you should look into this supplement. The tablets are large, but I'm able to swallow them without issue and without any stomach upset or other adverse effects. Whether you're looking for increased performance during endurance activities or just overall health, then it is worth researching if this an appropriate supplement for you. Some benefits you may note are more restful sleep, an increase in lean muscle mass, and more endurance/better recovery during and after a workout of any kind.
