The app is easy to use, and the after-sales support has been fantastic, with detailed guidance and excellent customer service.The robot cleans on a set schedule, even returning to its charging station automatically when done. Its self-emptying feature is a huge plus. The suction is customizable, and it does a great job of picking up dust, although small particles like paper may need to be manually cleaned.One thing to be mindful of is regular maintenance—cleaning the roller brush and avoiding carpet threads will keep it running smoothly. Mopping is effective, but for tough stains, pre-spraying the floor works best. Despite minor glitches and some limitations with larger debris, overall, it does the job well and saves a lot of time.I highly recommend this robot vacuum for anyone looking for an easy, efficient cleaning solution. I have purchased ilife T20 Automatic Robot vacuum Cleaner machine on the basis of the reference from my friends. After online procurement, an online demo was organised through VC which was nicely explained and demonstrated by Tara Mam. She has effectively addressed all our queries. Till then, machine IA being used regularly around 3 weeks which is nodoubt a worthy investment. It reaches each and every corner of room based on the mapping which is otherwise may not be possible.I highly recommend this robot vacuum for anyone looking for an easy, efficient cleaning solution. A good product that gives you freedom from having to depend on the maid for cleaning your home.It does a good job of removing dust and dirt from the ground. The wet mopping feature works well too.The machine does not know when to apply more force with the wet mop to remove tough stains.But that's not a big deal and can easily be done by hand.On the whole, this is a good investment that offers you combination of quality and convenience at great value for money.Highly recommended
