I wanted to get rid of my dark lips but this is like a lipstick it only covers, supposed to bleach the lips

Doesn’t work for me
Honestly, I don’t see a difference. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and all it gives me is a tint color as soon as I put it on, but the color wipes right off. And it’s not moisturizing at all.
