Great product if it’s what you need
I bought this insole to put in a pair of Adidas trail running shoes. I was in the process of breaking in these shoes when I real realized that the insoles was terrible, and I also needed to add just a little bit more heel to toe drop. I was experiencing some pain in my heel, and honestly, the moment I tried these insoles the pain went away. Although these feel relatively firm, once they are in the shoe, they do the job of providing some energy return, and some cushioning from running. They seem to be well-made, although I haven’t tested them beyond a few weeks of running. My heel feels very well supported, which is good when running on trails. It almost feels like my heel is being held in place.Of course, this is a more expensive option than some others, but I feel as though it is worth the money. When it comes to what you wear on your feet for running, you typically get what you pay for.I will likely purchase these again, especially when I ascertain how robust they really are.

These are the only insoles that work for my feet
These are my favorite insoles, even if they are a little pricey! I have two pairs of these Run insoles now that I rotate between my shoes (everyday sneaks and also running shoes). I like the Run style better than the original SuperFeet insoles since they seem thinner to me/not as bulky in my shoes but provide enough support for me. I've tried several other SuperFeet styles over the years - the blue ones for medium arches, green for higher arches, and the hiking ones - but these SuperFeet Run are my favorite. If you like the original blue SuperFeet you will likely also find these comfortable. FYI my least favorite style for my feet is the green pair (too high of an arch for me) so if the green are your favorite then this Run style might not be for you.

Still working them in but really good so far
I like super feet I have some of their hiking inserts. I’m not a runner, but this is helping my back with long walks. I didn’t even have to trim them.

Excellent support and fit
I needed these for my Fiveten Freerider pro mountain bike shoes. With the Fiveten insoles, it was very flat inside and it didn't hold my feet well without overtightening the laces. That resulted in cramping feet on long descents. The Freerider Pros also have a bit of a lower toebox which was uncomfortable for my toes. Tried these thin insoles and it has resolved the issues for me. I don't have to overtighten my laces and it has created juuuust enough space in the toebox.Only recommendation I have is to make sure the arch is in the right spot for your foot. I wear a size 10 shoe which would put me in size D. However, after trying different sizes, the arch for size F was in the perfect spot. I trimmed quite a bit off, but it works for my foot.

Best insoles for hiking !
I've used Superfeet insoles for years for backpacking the Appalachian Trail. These blue insoles are the best I've ever used, great support using them with trail runners! Just remove the cheap foam factory insoles and trim to fit these Superfeet insoles, perfect balance of cushioning and arch support.

Too hard
They fit the shoes well but are a bit too hard in the heel area and are a bit stiff.

Great, Quality, long lasting insole!!!!
These insoles are amazing and man do they hold up! I bought these 6 months ago and here's what I've put them through. Over 100 miles of back country backpacking in the mountains of New Mexico. 7 Competitive Spartan Races. 2 - 14+ mile trail races. Multiple 5k's and a half marathon. I also wear them in my everyday gym shoes. I take them out and wash them after all of my races in muck & sand and they dry within hours. Like I said, 6 months of absolute abuse and they're still holding up! I'm just now buying a second pair to add to my new shoes. They are thin and light but provide just the right amount of cushion for me. I'm 5'10 165 lbs and wear a 7.5oz running shoe.
