Pointless. No better than a thin pillow. Does nothing. Doesn't not need to be shaped because it makes no difference and has no support (except as a soft pillow)

Good back support and it’s longer than most back pads I’ve tried. It comes with an attached pump to inflate/deflate as needed. I like that the upper part supports the neck and head but it is best used with a high back chair or gaming chair. If the chair back is shorter the headrest tends to flop over. The material is high quality and I love the washable cover. It is soft to touch yet firm and fluffs out easily.

It helps but it does not stand up like in the picture even fully inflated. I need a taller chair and maybe that will help more.

I have a bad back and neck and have trouble sitting on couches watching a show for any prolonged time. Because they don't provide support to your head and neck. Even though this was designed for chairs I thought I could use it with my couch to help support my neck. I really enjoy it and even though it is not super stiff, but it is flexible made with memory foam the wings on the upper part of the head support my head and neck from going backwards or rolling from side to side. It's almost good that it is flexible because then you don't get stiff in one position and it moves with your body. I like the way the lower portion hugs your sides but it's also soft and flexible so it moves with your body and not too stiff. The bumps that you see by the neck and upper back are somewhat nice to push on your pressure points gently. I just take it with me and put it wherever I happen to be sitting. Even in a lazy boy where you would think the lazy boy supports your neck, I find that traditional lazy boys have your neck lobbing back and forth. If you put this on it the wings on the top will support your head from flopping in different directions if you are relaxing and watching a show. Some people complain that it is not stiff enough but I feel like if it was too stiff then you wouldn't be able to move and you would get muscles spasms. I am a suffer of long-term pain and believe me you need something that lets you move naturally but gives you that support gently. Otherwise you're going to get muscles spasms. I highly recommend this.

Looks like it’s a used item. Wrapped in a plastic like a garbage. Didn’t even come with any product information. It’s not in a manufacturer’s original packaging. Amazon has been sending bad quality products lately. I will just go to Target next time.

I ordered this and as soon as it arrived, i opened it and installed it on my chair. Super simple to attach (just 2 clips). I think the first hour it was tough trying to adjust to it as it pushed me a little forward on my chair. After i got the adjustment right, the position of this help me keep my posture straight as if i slouch or anything, i get pushed further down on my chair. Definitely helps support my lower back and my neck and definitely a great investment. I work horrible hours at work so long hours on the chair working are a lot more manageable now with this cushion and support. I am not getting up with a stiff back, from my chair.
