My granddaughter wouldn’t take them off. She went to bed with them.

I can’t answer for the most part though, as it is a gift that has been given yet but from what I have observed it’s lovely and just what I had hoped for thank you

No problem with the seller, just trying to figure out how to get the product to work was not easy. Quite a few steps to get story started. Manufacturer should have made clearer instructions.

i would love to have a chance to actually test this cute little story system and see if my kiddos like it, but i cannot get the required app to let me in. i downloaded the app as soon as i opened the cute little "storybook" packaging, attempted to register a user account, and have been waiting almost 2 days for a confirmation email in order to actually get IN to the app. I've also tried using the "forgot password" prompt a couple of times in hopes of getting an email of any kind from the app/service, to no avail. if i manage to get in later and can actually use the cute little device i'll come to update my review but at the moment it seems unlikely.Edit 11-15:: I still can’t get into the app. I’ve used the forgot password link a few more times and it seems that by the time I receive the reset email (maybe a day and a half later?) too many hours have passed that it tells me the link has expired, so I’m still SOL.

My 3 year old loves these headphones! We bought these for our 6 hour plane ride in hopes that it would entertain her and it definitely did. The battery life lasted throughout the trip and going back home. These gave her a break from her screen time, which is a plus for me. She was also able to use these with her iPad. The app was user-friendly. I would definitely recommend this product.

My 2-star rating for this product is in the context of its current price of $99, and here’s why.While the headphones are decent, you are definitely paying a premium. For close to $100, there are much better-sounding headphones available on the market.When it comes to the story-playing feature, it took more than 10 minutes to download the story on a good WiFi network. The entire process feels overcomplicated. The disc should ideally have a small flash drive with a story on it, playing directly from the disc instead of requiring a download from the internet. The disc seems to function only as a token instructing the headphones what story to download, which somewhat defeats the purpose of having a physical disc. It’s like buying a vinyl record but still needing to download the music from the internet.Setting up this device requires an app, meaning that a smartphone is also necessary. Considering this is designed for kids, it should be able to function as a standalone device without a smartphone. Additionally, the app mandates creating a user account, and, if I may nitpick, the app itself feels quite basic for the year 2023.Furthermore, the headphones do not include a USB charger, only the cable. Unfortunately, this is a common assumption in many products on the market, but for a children’s product priced at $99, including a charger should be standard.In summary, this device needs the capability to work offline, without the need for a smartphone or app. While an app would be a welcome addition if it provided added benefits like gamification, users should not be required to create accounts simply to enjoy a story.

The story pod that came with the head phones will not connect and download and ahow up in my library yet others i bought will. I also did not like the fact that i ordered the bundle with 4 other atory pods but the pods were then canceled.

I purchased the Storyphones for my son & he loves them. The stories are great…who doesn’t love Disney?! What my husband & I also like is that it gets him away from the T.V. & tablet. We can’t wait to use the personalized feature. It is perfectly priced for the quality of the product as well. I highly recommend it!
