There were no items in the package that were missing or damaged. Works really well, but my whole house water filtration system is lackluster. You'll want something like this if you're off grid, or living on an island in the middle of the ocean, lol.

I still need a booster pump to get the inlet pressure up over 80 psi to get the kind of flow I was looking for. I was hoping it would work at normal house pressures 40 to 50 pounds.
