Great piece of kit, stays hot for hours

Absolutely lovely. Great for those cold, chilly times and ideal as a hand warmer. Actually saves on heating the whole house while watching tv.

Recently purchased one of these for a family member in a store called men kind. They love it. So I decided to buy another one for another family members birthday. I was happy to find one here on amazon which was the same brand. Slightly more expensive, but I wanted it to give as a gift. Sadly, the bottle looked a little different, it had a very chemical smell, which the first one did also but not as strong as the 2nd one. Also didn't make the same noise as the first one when it was being charged. This made us think that its not the same as the one brought in store or it was faulty. For this reason it was sent back. Hope this info is useful.

I love its soft warm touch and it stays warm.

This is a great product. Easy to set up for heating. It heats to a nice warm temperature for me and heat lasts well.

Worked well heating up really well initially. The plastic cover on the connector is a bit flimsy and broke off soon. With use, I found the heating wasn't as efficient as when new.

Brilliant idea and it stays warm all night long

Rubbish. Do not buy, it gave me 3 second degree burns. Followed all the instructions and still got hurt by it.
