No it's not actually mtp, but a camouflage very similar so most people wouldn't know the difference. I believe actual mtp is manufactured under license and thus most after market providers use their own copy. The only real difference is that this cammo lacks the 'flecking' found on genuine mtp kit, and as such closely resembles the US ocp, or scorpian, cammo.
