I recently purchased the Morvee Stainless Steel BBQ Griller, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product did not meet the specified standards and expectations in several ways.Firstly, the quality of the griller is substandard. There are noticeable gaps once the basket is closed, which compromises the grilling process and overall functionality. This issue is particularly disappointing given the product's advertised specifications.In addition, I had to initiate a return request due to these defects. While the request for return was approved by the supplier, no one has come to pick up the item. It has been more than 12 days since the approval, and I have not received any further communication or updates regarding the pick-up process.Overall, my experience with the Morvee Stainless Steel BBQ Griller has been very disappointing. I hope the company addresses these quality issues and improves their customer service to ensure better experiences for future buyers.
