I've taken creatine off and on for years, trying out different brands and formats—powder, pills, micronized, you name it. This one checks most of the boxes: decent quality, straightforward ingredients, and a solid micronized formula that supposedly absorbs better thanks to the AstraGin. I don't know what to make of this extra ingredient, it's not something I have any experience with.That said, the serving size is 4 capsules for 3g, which is fine if you're doing a lower dose. But I usually go for 5g, so that means 5 or 6 pills a day. It's a lot to swallow, literally. If you're someone who doesn't mind tossing back a handful of capsules, it's a convenient option. But if you’re pill-averse or trying to cut down on your daily capsule count, powder might still be the better route.As always with supplements, only time will tell if I see results using this supplement, but in reality, that has more to do with the work I do in the gym, but I'll try to come back and update this once I've taken this for a while.
