I have been taking these for 3 years and am happy with them. However the texture is not always consistent. I have had nice soft fresh one. Hard stale ones. But this last batch was vey gritty. This if the vegetable formula batch. I won't buy this one again.

My hair is growing well after chemo since I started taking these gummy biotin drops daily. Growth is now longer than a half inch in just a month. Coming in thicker than before. Eyebrows are filling in and my nails are stronger.
