I can't thank enough for this product!!!!! It's my life saver. I went though so many iron suppliments and had horrible stomach side effects. The worst one was constipation. Nothing was gentle enough on my stomach. I got anemic and I needed my energy back. But I just couldn't take any other iron suppliments. I gave it a last try by getting these. I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T give up!! In one week my energy came back. Not only they give you iron that is extremely gentle on your stomach but vitamins too. They help absorb iron faster in to your body. I seriously don't know what I would do without this product. It changed my well being tremendously!! My first positive review in a while. Especially for vitamins. So many fakes out there that promise you one thing and they turn out to be a waste of money and time. I would recommend these 1000 million times to women who suffer from anemia and energy loss. I bought these as a suggestion from a lady's fitness group. I was surprised and very pleased because they do exactly what they say they do. My iron was low and I didn't have any energy for a few weeks. I started taking these and instantly got a boost of energy the very next day. The only thing I don't like is having to take 2 pills as they are 2 different pills wrapped in aluminum packaging. The smell of one of them reminds me of apple cider vinegar which isn't a deal breaker because of how well they worked for me. I will definitely purchase these again.

My iron levels were low the last time I went to the doctor which explains a lot about why I have been tired all the time. I bought these because they come with both iron capsules and vitamin tablets which help the body to absorb the iron. They are non-constipating and they are truly gentle on my stomach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with various iron pills, but these were pretty easy to swallow, even though they didn't taste very good. They had a bit of a maybe vinegary taste to them, but that wasn't a problem if you swallow them right away. Overall, they are a good vitamin and worth the money. I'm happy with them and I think you will be too.

I got mine last week so to be honest I will need to wait to see my doctor. But I do want to say if you had any bariatric surgery and you are suffering from anemia you want to consult your doctor it might not be enough. Speaking with experience

This product contains milk whey. If you are sensitive to milk products, I would not recommend this product. I’m lactose intolerant, I didn’t think much of the ingredients since I have had other product that contain milk whey and had no issues. I took these for 5 days (both on an empty stomach and with a meal), at first I didn’t have any stomach issues but as the days progressed eating was near impossible. It felt like having rocks in my stomach every-time I ate. I also started losing my appetite. Once I stopped taking them, I slowly went back to normal.

I've been using this product with the multi-vitamin for a few weeks now. I had my blood drawn prior to using and yesterday. It does not appear to effectively increase hemoglobin levels and I haven't noticed an increase in energy levels either. On a positive note, I was never constipated using this product and that could be because of the low iron in these tablets.
