Awsome taste. Not cheap, but much easier than gagging down a protein shake.

Very good, high protein product. No bitter aftertaste. Good flavor. Easy to drink.

Horrible taste. No matter how much shaking stayed gritty. Very disappointing.

These shots have 20 grams of protein which is a good amount however the pineapple and passion fruit flavor lacks flavor. The consistency is very thick and you have to shake the bottle hard to ensure it mixes well and comes out. I use about 2 cups of water with it because the grit from the protein is unpleasant. I give them a 3 because of the 20 grams. Maybe a different flavor would be better.

So I got these in the mail a few days ago. And they have been sitting in my medication box. I finally pulled them out as I couldn’t stomach breakfast.I shook it up really well due to the reviews I had read. I opened the lid and there was a security cover on it. When I pulled it off, there was some protein powder on the top. I put the lid back on and shook it some more. Then I opened it up and the protein was gone.I don’t like protein powders anymore but my dr said I needed to eat more protein, and to add a shake 1-2 times per day. A normal shake is about 30 g of protein per 8-10 oz cup. These little things are 20g of protein per serving.I took a swig of it and swallowed it. There was an aftertaste of pineapple, but there was some grit in my mouth.I took 2 more swigs and finished off the bottle. Then I washed it down with some flavored water.It was not too bad tasting. And so far it has hit my stomach and not come back up.I will be swallowing it with water from now on. But I highly recommend it to up your protein.

These are great They are not always in stock. Then I am very sad. I would like to order these on a subscription basis.

The taste was medicinal

Great easy way to get some protein. I don't really care for protein drinks or bars. This is a quick way to get the protein in and it tastes good. Will buy again.
