I bought this thinking it would be the same one ...
I bought this thinking it would be the same one as in the bookstore, spine is not bendable !!!! Don't reccomend it if you need it for school since you have to be able to bend it for class!

Incomplete anatomy, not at all flexible
It looks fine from a distance, but isn't particularly useful for up close demonstration. It's missing spinal nerves and is completely inflexible. I'll keep it because it was just a backup so I wouldn't have to keep going to another room to grab my spine, but definitely won't recommend them for anyone actually using this to explain anything to patients.
