Life-Changing Support for Hormonal Balance!
Review:I’ve been using the Happy Healthy Hippie Hormone Balance supplement for a few weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. As someone who struggles with PMS symptoms like mood swings, bloating, and cramps, I was looking for a natural solution – and this has been a game-changer!Within the first couple of weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my mood stability and a reduction in bloating. The menstrual cramps that usually disrupt my day were much more manageable. I also appreciate that this supplement is vegan, non-GMO, and made with natural herbs like chasteberry and black cohosh – it feels good knowing I’m putting clean ingredients into my body. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that I only need to take a couple each day to maintain balance. If you’re looking for a holistic approach to hormone health, I highly recommend giving this a try.Pros:• Effective relief from PMS symptoms (mood swings, bloating, cramps)• Natural, vegan, and non-GMO formula• Easy to incorporate into a daily routineCons:• Results took a couple of weeks to notice (but worth the wait!)Overall, this product has helped me feel more in control of my body and has provided consistent relief – I’ll definitely keep using it!

Works perfectly
I've suffered from extreme anxiety the past couple years. Nothing I've tried has helped! I had been watching HHH for about a year, reading reviews/researching the products... One day I decided to go ahead & place an order for Joy Filled & see if it helped. Why not? I've tried everything else I could think of, short of getting put on prescription meds. I like all natural products & it was worth a shot. I noticed within the first couple days, my stress levels were lower & I wasn't getting the constant flutters of anxiety. No more elephant on my chest! I do still get the occasional flutter, so I take a 2nd capsule when that happens. I start w/ 1 capsule in the AM & feel calm all day. I've tried other HHH products, as well & had mixed results.Little Pick Me Up: didn't work for me. I started out w/ 1 capsule in the AM & then tried 2. Used for 1 week.Namestay: didn't work for me & gave me a headache. kept me awake at night. I took 1 capsule at bedtime, then tried 2. Used for 3 days.Maca: I didn't notice any difference. I took 2 capsules a day. Gave me a little energy boost. Used for 3 weeks.Ashwaganda: Made me tired, best used at night. Kept me mellow, but have the same results as w/ Joy Filled. I took 3 capsules a day, except on days I took the Joy Filled, then it was 1 capsule. Used for 3 weeks.Go With The Flow: Wow! Helps so much w/ PMS symptoms. I take 1 capsule in the AM & 1 in the afternoon. Less cramping, no bloating, less mood swings. Used for 2 weeks.Joy Filled: Less anxiety, not feeling so stressed out. I'm able to deal w/ every day stresses of life w/ a much calmer attitude. Less moody, more focused. I would 100% recommend HHH Joy Filled! Used for 4 months.Although, some of the other products may not have worked for me, that doesn't mean they won't work for you. Everybody's body is different & it's recommended to give products at least 3 weeks to notice a difference.Happy Customer for life! All natural products. Easy to swallow. No yucky aftertastes.

Yesssss.
I waited two menstrual cycles of taking Go With the Flow before writing a review.I came off birth control a couple of years ago and shortly after, night sweats around menstruation began. Every.single.month.I went to the doctor and they ruled out potential medical concerns and suggested birth control. However, I had originally chosen to come off birth control because I had gained more knowledge on taking prescriptions. I decided since birth control wasn't a neccessary prescription and I wanted to discontinue its use.I accepted my hormonal night sweat fate and dealt for too long. Finally, earlier this year, I was DONE. Beyond exhausted of soaking through my pajamas and sheets. So gross. My naturopathic research began.I started seed cycling, primarily ground flax seed during menstruation. When I have a couple of tablespoons [mixed into oatmeal, on top of toast, etc.], it does help keep the night sweats more mild. But knowing exactly when my period is coming is tricky and staying on top of consuming that much flax during my flow is something I sometimes fail at.I tried gelatinized maca a couple months ago, based off a friend's recommendation. It did nothing. Go With the Flow was my backup plan.I started my first bottle 19 days before my period began.I knew not too have high expectations because I had read and was told by a nurse friend to give it time to get in my system. Two days after consuming the first 2 servings, I noticed a difference in my mood. It is hard to explain and I know that's hardly enough time to be in my system but, I just felt more peaceful? My overall mood seemed shifted in a positive direction. My period started and guess what!? No night sweats! It was ah-mazing. I knew not to get too excited just yet and side note, I was staying on top of my ground flaxseed intake, but Go With the Flow felt promising.I recently had my 2nd cycle into taking GWTF [still consuming flax, too] and NO night sweats. It's so, so amazing to not wake up feeling you just showered and crawled into bed, without toweling off. Something I used to take for granted.I mentioned to my GYN I was taking this. She expressed her concerns since there are not studies on these herbs/not regulated by FDA and we don't know how they really affect the body. She recommended birth control again.I've done what research I can on the ingredients and my doctor isn't wrong, there are not many studies and it is not recommended to take black cohosh long term [due to lack of studies].I will keep that in mind moving forward and decided after my cycle ends, I'll cut down to one pill a day for a week then the remainder of the weeks leading up to and during my cycle, I'll take the recommended serving of 2 pills.I've already recommended this to a friend and she's on her first bottle. She has a different purpose for needing these but I'm hopeful it helps her as she needs it to.If you have hormonal night sweats, give this a try. I truly wish I found it a long time ago but, better late than never.

Great for regular periods
This has been great to regulate my period. I highly recommend it for this reason alone. Before this, my period was all over the place and unpredictable. So much spotting and it was as if I was on my period more than not. It may also regular my pms but that is definitely hard to distinguish unless perhaps it consolidates it into one day just before my period starts, which for me is a good sign my period is coming🤣
