I purchased these in hopes of relief from menopause symptoms. I had taken a different product with DIM before and had good results. I was intrigued by the supposed benefits of the other ingredients in the Happy Hippie product. I started taking 2 nightly on a Sunday night. Tuesday morning I woke up at 4 AM with an intense, pounding headache, that caused nausea and vomiting. I had also started taking a mushroom supplement and assumed that was the cause. Immediately stopped those and continued these only to find my headaches continued. I've had to miss two days of work due to the pain. These may work for some but not for me. Expensive lesson learned!

Seems to be helping with menopause symptoms. Not a silver bullet but any relief is good. A bit overpriced but it's a captive market so we are stuck.

This worked so well for a few months (maybe 4?), and then my hot flashes came back. It was great while it worked, absolutely no hot flashes or sleep disturbances! Worth a try, but maybe not a long term solution.

This pill might work for somebody, but it did not work for me. Hot flashes remain. I'm still sweating up a storm at night. Nothing again the seller. The product arrived on time, undamaged. Kudos to that. The product is two star...not the seller.
