Love the back rest. The adjustment is great you can go from sitting normal height to almost standing.smooth wheels. Love that it does not have arm rests so you aren't fighting either them all day with shrugged shoulders. I have a slow paced job so this helps me stay awake cause good posture is required in this chair. So far it's great. Have to wait on sturdiness grade. One thing, the instructions did not address the back metal that holds the back rest. You must put it in the slot from the top, with the angle pushing away from the chair. Otherwise it feels like it's pushing you off the front of the chair. By

I ended up returning this item because the stool was too high even at the lowest height. I'm around 5'8" and though my feet could touch the ground on the lowest setting, it wasn't comfortable enough to sit at for long periods and was too high for the desk I intended to use it at. I'm not docking stars for this because I do believe the specs are correctly listed with a minimum height of 20 inches, I just didn't realize that would be too high for my needs. Two other cons were that the part of the saddle between your legs seemed too wide (at least for me) which made my legs spread more than ideal, and the roller wheels were so nice and smooth that I couldn't keep it still on my apartment's incredibly un-level floor. If this company sold a shorter stool, I'd consider buying it, but for now will just be looking at other retailers. Overall, the quality seemed quite nice and I'd still recommend for taller/larger individuals who plan to use this on well leveled ground.

This chair was better than I expected. The Polyurethane casters move nicely - even on our basement floor. The "saddle" lets you move the chair without slipping off the seat. GREAT BUY!!
