Carlson has an excellent reputation. Still, I disagree that one should take this daily; 3 times per week (say, Mon, Wed, & Fri) would be enough to meet the recommended weekly dosage of this form of A (preformed, palmitate type, as opposed to the carotenoid type). You could take more, temporarily, when fighting off an infection (such as a wound infection, or a cold, flu, or viral infection).

I like that these little gel pills are SO easy to swallow! Perfect dosage amounts for A and D. Quality of ingredients has always been A+ with Carlson brand.
