Product does it's thing!
Get a size up, I'm 2xl and wearing it makes it feel like I'm wearing an xl. When you first get the item hand wash it and dry it in shade before trying it on. Will definitely make you sweat as advertised. Comfort, worth my money, a little strenchy but slim fit when wearing a size up.

Snug fit
I got a x-small and I love it … I’m 5’ 9” and 149lbs. Getting it on is no problem but taking it off it’s possible but a little snug. My chest measurement is 35”

Quality product here!
The ONLY reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it talks about these vests run a little small, so I decided to order an XL vest because I figured a Large would be too snug, but the XL was actually a little too big, and a Large would have suited me better, but the vest itself seems to be well-made, and does fit decently along my midsection, and on its own, it may do the trick for most people close to my size. This seller is also very helpful with my inquiries. If you're looking to break even more of a sweat, this is the vest for you, especially for the lower cost!

Dont believe the sizing chart
First and foremost the sizing is all INCORRECT. I wear a 2XL and I had to order a 4XL. I haven't used it yet for exercise. I can say that it does hug you tight. It will cover the handles well and gives you that frame you are working for. I will update after wearing for workouts.

Good materials
I bought this vest for warmups during workouts and maintenance was minimal with water. Good product.

For big guys
Ok, played college ball, 6'3" 280 now going down. Get a 3X for a super tight fit or a 4X for tight but need replacement after losing about 30 lbs. 3X would be super tight but you can still breathe so deal with it and save some cash. 4X is tight yet comfortable. It also helps with back issues so that is a bonus. I am a picky person and this is one of the best buys I have made. I wear these things to bed for support and comfort. They feel natural.

Not a great sweat shirt
The threads started coming off after 2 washes. The t shirt as such was good but the threads starting coming out
