Out of the box it was very easy to use. Touch screen is self explanatory. It looks big but it doesn’t weight that much. The size is perfect for doing big batches of dried fruit which is why I got it. I like the ability to control the temperature. It has been working really well and seems like a good buy for the money. Cleaning it is pretty easy. All the trays pull out and you can wash them.

This dehydrator works really well—it hydrates very evenly, and the noise level is impressively low. Cleaning is super easy: I just wipe down the interior with a cloth and soak the trays in the sink for about 15 minutes. The only issue I had was right out of the box—the unit kept tripping the outlet when I plugged it in. I ended up removing the back panel, unplugging and replugging all the internal wires, then reattaching the panel. After that, it worked perfectly and hasn’t had any problems since

This dehydrator has 12 trays which are light weight with a tight mesh. Everything was easy to clean so far and the presets are great so I don't have to look up what settings every time I want to dehydrate something. It is large and takes up quiet a bit of counter space however it is very light and easy to move around. There is a space in the back for the plug to plug into when not in use so its as compact as it can get. We have already made apples, bananas, and we love it.

I am allergic to preservatives and this machine is awesome! Made beef jerky first, yum and currently am making banana chips...super excited and it's performance is great (having never used one, it's easy to use!) Warning that the outside of it gets pretty warm so don't leave anything on top or around it that can't handle heat....it started putting moisture in my loaf of bread that was next to it.

We had a small dehydrator that we replaced with this one. It's been really helpful to do a bunch at the same time. Making a bunch of apple chips or other fruit chips is so much easier now.The machine was much lighter than I expected and was really easy to set up. We have a little mud room we keep the air fryer and dehydrator in to avoid smells and noise in the main area. I didn't notice excessive noise from the machine.

I couldn't be happier with this product! Works great. It is much quieter and faster than other dehydrators that I have used. I'm drying everything in the house: flowers, orange slices, salmon, bananas—great healthy snacks for me especially on my food allergy diet. I know for sure what goes into everything I make!!!

Does an excellent job with the cook/drying however there's no preset for wild game. ( venison ) the main reason I got this one is venison jerky. On suggestion I used pork preset and got way over dried. (FYI pork preset is 12hrs. Ground venison only needs about 4hrs) maybe if there's a manual mode would be better. Otherwise great product and does what made for. Just set a manual timer and check on it periodically.

Works much better than the cheap plastic dehydrator and holds much more volume in a small area. Would definitely buy again.
