Easy pills to swallow. pleased with my progress
I like this product. I saw good reviews on amazon and had to try it for myself. I noticed after a week I had a bit more energy and was able to sleep better. We all suffer from vitamin D deficiency on the east coast in the cooler months, so started supplementing this when I had energy and mood issues. I have been taking it for more than a month now, and I had my annual physical the other week and my D and zinc levels were in optimal ranges! glad to hear.
