Light and Bouncy support for good speed
these are so fast and light! They feel super bouncy and help me run easier. The cushion is just right, and the carbon plate gives a nice push forward. My feet feel great even after long runs. They look cool too! A little tight at first, but they break in well. Love these shoes. I typically wear them for events and strong effort training.

They have perfected running shoes
I've tried a few shoes from no drop wide toe box to barefoot shoes to the novablast line and these just stand out as being the best. One of the best parts of the shoe is it doesn't crush any part of the foot while feeling secure. I just wish i could have a more durable training pair and an everyday more casual looking pair

Quality Carbon fiber shoe
Raced one race in these and formed a large blister on the bottom of my foot. However, they felt very comfortable, lightweight and super fast . I know these are a quality shoe they just didn't quite work with my running form

Love the 4's
Fits true to size. Foot box is perfect -- not too wide and not too narrow. Super comfy. Pretty light. They feel a bit squishy when you first put them on and walk in them, but maybe that's by design? But once you start running they feel great. Good traction for Hyrox sled push/pull on turf or carpet. Let's see how long they last.

Happy runner 🏃♂️
Like running on air. Size was exact. I can feel the difference in every step.

If you are mid-to-forefoot striker these will make you faster
I'm a sample of one. Male 5'9", 139lbs and 68 years old, who's only been running for about 2 years now. Noticed a definite 5-10 seconds per mile faster with the carbon plate and toe-off design in this shoe. Weight is down from the Saucony Speed 4 which is my normal trainer.Cushioning seems soft at slower speeds but firms up and provides noticeable rebound at higher speeds. Personally, I couldn't use this as my normal daily (slower mileage) training. Not sure how it would feel or perform if one's weight was substantially higher. I'm sure there is a range of speeds and body weight where the performance aspects kick in. I can see having too light a bodyweight as being an issue.Noticed my lower leg muscles went through a 2-3 week adjustment period of running in these. Have gone 5k, 10k and half-marathon distances in this. One has to have a high foot turnover rate and be a forefoot striker to get best benefit from this. Rear foot strikers I have no idea but it's definitely squishy in the rear when just walking.5k time down from 22:01 to 21:28, 10k time down from 46:00 to 45:16. I've only used these to train out to 13 miles and have no official before and after half marathon data.I primarily use these for race day, every other week some intervals or tempo work, and the occasional long runs out to 13 miles where I am time trialing my fitness.
