Oh it’ll put you to sleep quick. If you’re healthy and try to fight the sleep a bit, it’ll put you to sleep regardless. The sandman will be goosing you hard within 15 minutes. Tastes pretty great, smell is pleasant, not overly thick with the texture. I’m unsure about instant and extended release melatonin. I don’t know enough about these molecules. Seems I’m having more difficulty gaining weight since I started using this product though.

This was so interesting I had to try it. I sometimes have trouble sleeping and I have used Ghost Energy drinks as a pick me up and had a favorable experience with the brand in the past. I loved to see that it has Colostrum in it which in and of itself is a highly beneficial supplement that is not cheap. Gaba, Tryptophan, Magnesium and Ashwagandha together are a great combo to relieve anxiety, promote feelings of calm and relaxation and it is topped off with a mild dose of melatonin. I was so interested in the ingredients, I didn't even pay attention to what flavor I was ordering. I got the apple pie and having no sugar added was a must for me. The flavor was palatable but slightly gritty no matter how much I tried to mix it. I love the simple but very effective way of having the scoop attached in the top of the container so it is not buried causing you to dig for it. One downside is that it recommends being mixed in 6-8oz of water which sure, it keeps you hydrated but for those of us over 40 it almost guarantees disrupting your sleep at least once for an early morning trip to empty your bladder. 20 Servings for the price is not cheap but you do get high quality ingredients. This would not be an every night solution for me but a great deal to help me sleep if I have a big day ahead or if you had something coming up you were anxious about and require decent sleep the night prior to help you focus through the day. I can say that it helped me drift off and I slept well the couple of times I have tried it and even after waking up to get rid of the fluids I wouldn't normally consume so close to bedtime I WAS able to fall back asleep quickly which is generally extremely difficult for me.

First off I’d like to state I’m a big GHOST fan and use their other products. This one though, is a miss. First off it does not taste anything like blueberry or “blue dream”. Second, it made me incredibly nauseous. And I feel as if it made my sleep quality worse. Better off getting ZzzQuil or NyQuil.

Taste and smells amazing and gets me to sleep quickly and I wake up rested is the best part

First time trying this supplement and I used one scoop with the appropriate water measurement and it works well! But buyer beware for thr apple pie flavor it is SWEET. Took me by surprise, and has a funky after taste but it does the job. I wish I would've bought the sampler to try this and the blue dream flavors to see which is better but there wasn't any one else who reviewed the apple pie one yet on here. Still, it'll be used since I paid for it. But a plus, I love the scooper being in the top and not having to dig through the powder for it!

The taste isn’t great but not bad either. If you’re able to force yourself to drink this down quickly you will see effects pretty fast! Has made me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Honestly very surprised this stuff works!

I think it's funny that the product known most for energy drinks also has sleep aids. I do like the mix of ingredients, which seem to work well, and seem to be a better combination than the melatonin I had been taking. The flavor and ability to mix it up is fine. But it is tough to drink an 8 ounce glass of water right before bedtime, so this would be better as a capsule or gummy.

Makes sense that the company that keeps us awake, would find a way to bio hack our systems to crash out too. Some ingredients I recognize like tryptophan and melatonin. Magnesium to help with muscle recovery. Great taste and hydrating! Yummy and doesn’t contain sugar. Helps catch up that lost sleep. You get 20 serving per $50 bottle. How much do you value sleep?
