An incredibly beautiful olive oil. The smell and taste are very good. I use it in salads and dishes. I can't use any other olive oil anymore. Turkish olives are really very different from the others. You should definitely try it!

They say that if the olive oil is high in Polyphenols it has a peppery taste. This does. It's not overly strong, but it's there. Otherwise, very high quality. You could sip it from a shot glass. I'll buy it again.
