Love it. Just go for it.
I got it on 30 Nov and till now i have ride almost 150km and some times the chain gets off the gears and get stuck between the frame and gear which is hard to get out but works fine if you tune the gears and use the gears properly. My rear derailleur guard was broken on delivery I contacted the service team they were helpful but took a whole month to deliver the guard. But so far i love the bike . One thing is that some sound comes from the crankset when you are in higher gear and in slow speeds so i think we must shuffle the gears as per speed for the longevity of the bike.

Awesome
When I bought this product it was 90% assembled. I found it in very good condition , however gear functionality is very good and provides effortless shifting . It's seat is little bit hard so you can change it or can add a seat cover to it from cradiac center . I would be thankful to cradiac company for its services.
