Before the Coffee Gets Cold Series 5 Books Collection Set by Toshikazu Kawaguchi

I read the whole set, but, to be honest, I could have stopped after the first one. That was the most impactful of them all. Even though the stories were different in each of the novels, the original premise of being able to go back to the past, for a few minutes, was so interesting, even though you couldn't change what happened. I thought when he introduced the concept of being able to also go to the future, then things got a little confusing. Also, maybe it was the translator's fault and not the author's, but so many times, in each of the novels, the pronouns were missing, so I had to go back and reread, several times, to try and figure out who actually was talking! That got to be quite frustrating. All in all, each book had its' highlights, but I do think the others were somewhat redundant.
