Works as described! Certainly feel the electric pulses contracting my muscles on my arms. Now, I have a layer of abdominal fat so the intensity isn’t as strong in that area, but I still feel it working. Can’t wait to see results when I shed some pounds! You don’t need gel, water is fine. I bought this abdominal stimulator to use at home and it has been a good addition to my routine. I use it while I'm doing chores or watching TV, and it feels like a slight vibration that activates the muscles. It does not replace exercise, but it does help keep the abdomen worked between workouts. It is comfortable to use and easy to adjust.

Complete waste of money. It doesn't do anything and it breaks down in 2 days. The company will not send you a new one or refund your money. It's a scam!

Arrived quick, well packaged. It has instructions on how to use it. I haven’t tried it yet and will update with the results. Can’t wait to try it out!Update: one of the pads keeps changing the intensity to the max on its own during workout

This product works as described. I use mine for 20 minutes at a time but have used it for up to 60 minutes while watching a game. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
