I think it attacked more mosquitoes than it repelledA Rolex up newspaper would be more effective . It did however keep elephants and penguins away as I never saw one in all my time in Colombia

Very poorly made the watch itself kept falling out, did not say it was waterproof or water resistant.Hard to adjust the strap holes very tight.
