UPDATE: My rash is gone and has stayed gone! But there are steps you need to do to make that happen. It's true, you skin will burn when you apply the cream especially if your skin is broken and open from scratching or irritation. Wash it well with a good antibacterial soap and gently dry, very, very well. Then put on a LIGHT layer of the cream so you can get used to the burn. (and it's not horrible, just mega uncomfortable) It helps if you have a blow dryer you can put on "cool" to help the burning sensation but it passes fairly quickly. Then apply more and do it religously, after every shower or sweating event.Once the rash is gone and it will go, keep the area very clean and dry and use a good anti itch powder without fail.My terrible rash under my breasts and stomach is gone, gone, gone! I keep everything dry and powdered and nothing has come back. This cream has been a godsend!I'm a squishy, overweight, old grandma lady who has always battled sweaty under-boobs and a sweaty, under-stomach. Gross right? Much as l try hard to keep these areas clean and try, this summer has been a losing battle. In desperation after trying several different creams and powders l stumbled this miracle cream. ( To me, anyway)As soon as it arrived, l took a shower, dried the area carefully and applied the cream very generously. The other reviewers aren't lying when they tell you it will sting because it does. However, hang in there because the burning eventually lessens as your skin heals. But it will never burn as much as the raw, chapped itchiness from the rash. 3 days later, it's all but gone. This is what l did: Shower daily w/an antibacterial soap and dry gently but very, very well. I've also used my blow dryer set on cool. Then l applied the cream and waited. Repeated the process for the last 3 days and I'm saved! In between the applications, when it started to dry out, l've used GoldBond powder to keep the area dry. Btw, my son is a Dr. and the meds he prescribed for me did zero compared to this cream. l will never be w/out it for the rest of my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Significantly reduced my jock itch after day 1. I am impressed. There is a cooling effect with this product almost as if applying icyhot but not uncomfortable (to me atleast). That cooling soothing effect lasts a few minutes and then that's it. I did not feel any discomfort with this product I enjoyed the cooling relief and effectiveness of this product. I will be buying again.

My husband has had his athletic foot since his sports day in grade school/high school. He has tried everything under the sun to get rid and prevent it coming back, never went to doctor to get a prescription for it, ever, which is costly, more intrusive on his medical records blah blah, I put title all CAPS cause this product works. Yes it had a slight burn feeling, but applied 2 a day for just 10 days and in mornings and night, just apply thick amount, rub in, leave a Lil amount between toes thick, no socks at night. He hasn't have the urge to itch and peel skin for hours since. THE PRODUCT WORKS, a life saver, after years of pain, sore, itching sensitivity, he even put on his nails, and they are all better looking than before. A MUST BUY! Product works really well hands down. I have severe jock itch that stemmed from athletes foot. Make sure you use everyday. I made the mistake of using it sometimes. Jock itch keeps coming back. Also it feels like muscle relaxing cream but for your down stairs. It’s going to burn then cool then relief. It’s intense will not lie. Bengay for your downstairs. lol good luck!

After having jock itch for weeks, I tried this product, along with Lotrimin spray, and my rash and itch was gone within a week. Keeping area clean and dry wasn't working, and creme from doctors office didn't work either. this creme can burn, especially if rash is irritated, but it does the job if applied often and burn subsides fairly quickly. Totally recommend this creme.

As a frequent gym-goer, I've tried a lot of OTC-strength sprays, topical creams, homeopathic sprays, etc for some stubborn cases, and this is the most effective solution I've found. You can feel the coverage from a nice cooling sensation, and it has a longer staying power due to the thickness (but not greasiness) of the cream - which is important for combatting skin conditions. Highly recommend this for daily use to kick those tough cases wherever they may be on the body.

Edit: the product didn’t work for me. It has very clean and good components that should work but either the damage on my skin was too much or its formula is way to high. But customer service for this product is the best, they were quickly to respond and fast to help me solve my issues.If your damage is not severe, I recommend this. If it is too much or in very sensitive areas, I would proceed with caution.First Review: I gave it a try due to its good reviews but made things lot worse. I used it as recommended and not only causes a very intense burn, not a “regular I can do this” type of burn, but 3 hours after it was still really bad kind of burn, and it also made the condition way worse within 48 hours of using it. Is a big no for me.

It works, but WHY THE HELL IS THERE MENTHOL IN THIS?!? I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR MY BALLS BEING FREEZING FROM IT. It's so unnecessary.
