These are great, they help a lot and it’s actually super comfortable. I was worried I wouldn’t wanna wear them at night because it would be uncomfortable but I actually think it’s really comfortable. They fit perfectly and it’s nice it comes with two difference sizes! Great value for money would definitely recommend if you struggle with teeth grinding

If I could rate it less, I would. I spent an hour trying to get 3 different mouth guards to work. They're all wayyyy too big for my teeth, refused to mold even when I followed instructions exactly, and were way too wide. Don't waste your money like I did

Before I ordered the device, I read many reviews saying that it is difficult to mold. That is definitely true, since once the mouth guard is softened by the water, it tends to stick to itself and it gets tricky to position properly; however, the main flaw of the product is that the instructions tell you to mold it on your upper teeth. I have no idea why they say that, since a dentist made mouth guard is almost always molded on the lower teeth, and this is what I did. I made two, and the both turned out acceptable. So all in all not a bad product.

I bought these to protect my son’s teeth because he grinds a lot at night. As a kid, his teeth are constantly changing (Losing teeth getting new ones, teeth shifting, etc.) Making a custom one at the dentist was going to cost me $250. This is so much more cost-effective considering he needs a new one every 3 to 6 months or so Due to changes in his . We have used this brand several times and it is easy to use and comes out very high-quality and great fit similar to the one that I have from the dentist.

It works great. The only down side is in the morning I have a gross taste in my mouth.
