CQR Men's Tactical Pants, Water Resistant Ripstop Cargo Pants, Lightweight EDC Work Hiking Pants, Outdoor Apparel

I absolutely love these pants! The fabric doesn't just look fantastic in this awesome blue color (which played a huge role in my decision to get them), but they're also quite superior both in quality and durability. They're adorned with an absurdly numerous amount of pockets that are placed where they're easy to get to – like with most tactical styles of apparel. The multiple configurations and styles of pockets can hold a wide assortment of items (including small EDC tools & gadgets, knives, keys, etc.). They have a relaxed fit with a nice range of elasticity at the waist band either with or without a belt on. Plus, there's additional fabric in the knees that gives you extra freedom to bend or crouch down in a more comfortable fashion. However, this particular pair of pants do seem to run a bit on the small size, especially compared to other CQR clothing. I actually have a few other pairs of pants/shorts from this brand and getting one size smaller in this pair (I got them in 36Wx30L and they fit really well). Otherwise, you can still expect a spectacularly comfortable experience, even all day during whatever activities you might want to engage in and you're sure to love them just as much as I do!

l am on my fifth pair, all are doing well, thank you. These pants have turned into all that I wear for the most part. Comfortable, good quality from zipper to seams. Sizing is spot on. I EDC several items and these pants support all of my carry needs in a positive manner. I have had people ask about them and have provided info. The only issue that I see is that you need to be very careful when ordering, as there are multiple styles listed under one banner - I just use my mouse to hover over each different color to verify style of pants. And sometimes the style that you want is not available in the color that you want... just be careful!

I have a pair of these pants in camouflage, and the mag pocket, which I use for my cell phone, is directly over the main pocket which works perfectly. I bought this pair in black, and the mag pocket is between the main pocket and the groin, a very unusual location, and it's difficult to get the phone out when sitting. I keep my phone on vibrate so I may never answer it again! Please relocate the mag pocket over the main pocket and then let me know so I can order more. Don't call me though, I probably won't answer the phone! :)

My favorite. Of all pants ever in my 66 years and 4 months on this earth. My favorite. Keeps me cool. Keeps me comfortable. Keeps me warm. Plenty leg room without looking baggy. These are my 2nd buy. Bought my 1st pair a year ago. Holds up excellent. Follow cleaning instructions. Ordered 2 prs this time. True to size.You can dress in them. Casual. Work. Travel. Can be tactical. I was looking for black 5.11’s Taclite Pro, but it wasn’t available, so I decided to try out this one.Overall I like it, but I’ll note some differences between the two, for those like myself.The fit was narrower around the leg/thighs than expected and the button was not a snap. The length on the waist was shallower than the similar 5.11 Taclite so I may recommend one size longer inseam if wearing at the waist.The pockets overall were somewhat shallower and the D-ring was placed on left size rather than the right.But overall, considering the price, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the pants. I may purchase more, if available.

The size and fit are perfect for me. I have always picked men’s pants because I am a bit of a tomboy (ok, A LOT) and have always liked the way men’s pants fit me. Typically, men’s pants are lower waisted, and have more pockets you can actually use to carry things. I wear these for work and the fabric is lightweight, perfect for Midwest heat in the warmer months. The rip resistant fabric looks like it’ll work, but I’ve not experienced a rip as of yet.The pants are flattering to my not curvy figure, but if you have a booty or thick thighs, the pants are roomy in those areas. I feel like if I were to say do squats or lunges and my booty and thighs were more muscular, these pants would accommodate well, without my having to buy a bigger size.

While these pants are well made with what seems to be sturdy materials, I don't believe they will satisfy my need for hiking pants. The fit was fine. I ordered 38 x 30 and the waist and inseam were true. In fact, there was a little bit of give on the waist. But the rip-stop material is a bit thicker than what I expected. As such, I don't believe it will wick moisture or perspiration from my legs efficiently. They may work better as winter hiking pants when temperatures are colder.

Design is very similar to an expensive manufacturer that uses #5 in their name. These have a lot of elastic in the waist that may stretch out with time compared to the original that they copy. I bought 3 pairs and have worn 2 several times. I haven't decided whether to return the 3rd pair and order a size smaller. I wish they came in a 28 inch length. They did not shrink in the wash
