This Neck Brace Holds Your Head Tight, and Does It With LOVE.
The HAPPIG Neck Stretcher, Neck Traction Device, Cervical Traction Device, Neck Brace, Neck Pain, Neck Traction, Neck Stretcher Cervical Traction, Neck Decompression Device is an interesting item. Really interesting.I got this item because I have frequent neckaches that lead to just RIDICULOUS headache. This thing looked like something that would get my neck into place. Honestly, I'm not sure if it did that or not. What it's really good at is stretching your neck and immobilizing your neck and head. If you need a product that does that, I can't recommend this one enough. It also has a series of little hearts carved into the chin guard, so anytime you're wearing this and you look at someone, they see you showing them little hearts. It's a ridiculous addition, but I'm absolutely into it.On the downside, putting the item on is a bit of a chore. It separates into two major sections - a front and back - with adjustments that must be made for a correct fit on both sections. Also, the front part has padding that needs to be put in place, but the velcro that holds it in place is very very weak. I end up putting the front and back parts on, adjusting as necessary, then putting the padding in almost as an afterthought. It's a necessary afterthought - without the padding, this brace is very uncomfortable, but there's no way to put the brace on with the padding coming off of the weak velcro. The major adjustment to the item seems to come from the pneumatic air pump device that you use to pump air into cushions behind the neck. This air creates a pressure that holds everything in place, and as you pump it up, you can feel your neck tightening and stretching. It's not unpleasant. It severely reduces mobility of the head and neck, but that may very well be what you're looking for. It's not uncomfortable, but it's not something you'd want to wear if you don't need it.All of this makes me believe it's a good neck brace. I'm not a chiropractor. I'm not a doctor. I'm just a guy that has occasional neck pain. Take my opinion on this product for what it's worth. Thanks for reading. I hope my review helped.

Good device
Good quality built device. Easy to make small adjustments. The directions could use some work, but otherwise it's solid.

Looks Medical-Grade. It Isn't.
In pictures, this neck stretcher from HAPPIG looked like one of those robust contraptions you may get directly from your doctor, so I was looking forward to trying it to provide some relief via its cervical traction. It's not that impressive in person, and at least for me, it is not effective. My goal with this device was to provide some gentle stretching of my C-spine. I do not have any diagnosed medical issues in this area, but the constant hunching over we all do thanks to our phones and computers leads to occasional discomfort that I know from experience can be relieved by a cervical traction device. I have a similar device that works great but requires help to operate, so this one was appealing for unassisted use. It is very easy to put on without help, but once the air bladder builds some pressure, continuing to operate the inflation pump requires muscle engagement which conflicts with what the stretcher is trying to accomplish and causes some mild discomfort; in short, it would be better if someone could operate the pump for me. Once set, regardless of adjustments, I feel little to no traction, and all the stretcher seems to really do is restrict my breathing. How disappointing.Build quality makes me question the durability of the device. The back half does in fact resemble a medical-grade device, but the front half reminds me of thin plastic cups you may find at the dollar store. To be fair, it has not broken or cracked during my handful of use attempts, but I'm not confident that it will last a long time with regular use.Three stars because conceivably, it suppose it could work for some people. It looks the part at a distance, but at least on my stubborn neck, it seems to accomplish nothing at all.
