Mushroom Monotub Grow Kit, Intelligent Mushroom Eco Box with Lighting,Mushroom Growing Box Automatic Humidification Automatic Exhaust

I bought this product in September and it took a month to deliver from Asia, so no real surprise there. It worked well for about two months, then I noticed water all over my countertop coming from 2 holes in the bottom of the unit. I thought maybe it was a problem with the wick in the water reservoir so I bought a replacement wick. It didn't seem to have any effect on the leaking issue.I would not recommend this product, considering the high price of this unit and the fact that it started malfunctioning relatively quickly. You'd be better off buying a simple monotub and rigging up a small pc fan to it.

I haven't tried it yet but it looks to be exactly what I've been looking for and at a reasonable price. I've had trouble growing mushrooms before but this should make it really easy. My item came without any noticeable defects. More information: The growing bin is 8 by 5 inches and most 5 pound grow blocks are 6 by 9. I'll have to see if they can mostly fit in and see if this is a problem. They offer some growing kits (grow blocks) on their web site at supercoolmushrooms.com and these are inexpensive but they are much less than the typical 5 pound grow blocks and they are smaller in dimension. I did at least connect the unit up to power and it seems to work fine and the lights do come on. If you are adding mushroom spawn to substrate then the dimensions of the grow bin will not be an issue.I got my second kit today and set it up and it works fine. A piece came out of the humidifier and then a spring so I had a time getting it back together again though. I think if I put a 5 pound grow block vertically in it then it will fit without much squeezing because there is 6.9 inches above the bin and if the grow block is 9 inches tall then it may fit in the center without much squeezing and I can make two cuts on each side not too close to the top and possibly the flushes will be small enough to fit in.There's not much in the way of such devices to choose from now because others on the horizon are a lot pricier and don't stack as easily. I may eventually buy a third one.

The media could not be loaded. OMG yes!!!!! I am a hobby grower of a more magical sort of fun guy and this is perfect for me! I don't have to deal with the mess of a big tub and since I'm extremely busy this thing takes all the hassle out of fruiting. It also looks beautiful and clean and sleek and I just keep it in my living room as a cool display. Thrilled at the price! The cost of growing my magic is now fractional, simple, clean, beautiful and easy. More than that it turns my previously cumbersome hobby into a sustainable practice. I love it!!!

This item was packaged well and there was no damage whatsoever to any packaging. The item on the other hand looks like it's been stored in a very hot warehouse for far too long or something because the very thin ABS that was supposed to form the top is warped. That also causes fitment issues with the terribly flimsy door. You can see a significant gap where the door should be sealed and it's just not built to have a good seal. This is supposed to maintain the temperature via a heating element that would have to run constantly to do so. It's being returned immediately.

Fantastic product! My porcinis are thriving and it is so much fun being able to monitor everything with the easy view front. It also surprisingly blends in well in my office and I plan on buying at least one more to grow portobellos.Amazing product
