Not for everyone
I am sure for some people, these are very helpful to alleviate foot discomfort. But these did not work for me. The product is made of very soft material and easy to put on, but I tried to wear them in more than one pair of shoes to be sure. I wore them for a few hours and the pain was excruciating. I was disappointed as I was hoping that I had found a product that would help. They just aren't for everyone.

These work really well
My doctor made me a hammer toe pad from rolled up gauze and medical tape so I could see if it helped. It was firm and it helped a lot. I'll admit I was skeptical that these toe gels would be as effective, but I figured I'd try them out. I'm pleased to say that they work very well, and I find that they're helping my balance, too. When your toes are curled, your weight isn't distributed properly, leading to balance issues.

Purchased these for my husband, he has hammertoe and his doctor suggested that he gives them a try. After wearing them for a couple of days, he wants to get the 2 ring because the 3 ring isn’t working for him. But the product is good.
