I have been working out since January 16th. I was 71 kgs & remained constant despite of intense workout 4 days a week, I couldn't get rid off my fats.I was around 70.65 in April 3rd, I took this since April 10th and since then I have lost weight faster. This morning I checked my weight it was 68.75. So yes, it did work for me, but I also did little changes in my diet (rice), now I mostly eat half of what I used to and I still workout 4 days a week at gym for around 90 minutes each session. I'm taking one tablet after before workout with coffee and second tablet after lunch or brunch.It'd have been better if each capsule was around 1000mg.

I am using this last few day, it is showing result but very slow. I am taking this because it is safe more than other burners.you can use but remember. It dose work very slow.

The product is absolutely great ,it helped me in weight loss process.so I would definitely recommend these for those who are doing fat loss along with bieng calorie deficit .but the problem here is that there was a piece of glass inside the box along with the tablets as it is visible in the images .it was carelessness of the seller to sell these items in the first place as by mistake anyone could have eaten those pieces

Add it to your diet and always maintain your diet when your re consuming this capsule. Before workout it will help you a lot and also after workout meal or before sleeping. It helped me in reducing belly fat a lot and but also it decreases your muscle also a little bit. It makes you leaner and the only thing i disliked about this product that it doesn't directly affect your belly fat, your over all fat is reduced and belly fat comes last but results are better which makes you leaner over all.So i lost fat from body and also lost some muscle.In the end excellent product.

I have been working out in the gym for the last 6 months. My Weight increased from 75 kgs to 78. Using this product for 2 months now. It has helped to reduce 6 kgs. Now i am at 72 kgs and still reducing. Taking 2 mg per day i.e 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the night. No side effects till now. Just consuming the capsules wouldnt help, requires atleast cardio for 30 mins every day to see results. It is no magic pill.
