I received this vanity and upon unboxing it saw that the mirror had came damaged. I filed a return request and the seller reached out to me offering to send me a new mirror rather than dealing with a return (the item was so big and heavy so this was a much better option). Customer service was immaculate, they responded immediately and let me know how long it would take for the new mirror to get to me. I got tracking information for when it would come and everything. The vanity set up is so nice, I love the storage space and the lights in the glass cabinets. I got the replacement mirror and you have to cover the entire power sensor to turn it on and switch the lights, so just be aware! I thought it came damaged again! But it is perfect! I am extremely happy with this purchase. It does take a couple hours to build if you're non-stop, but it's worth it.

We knew there would be some assembly but everything expect the glass had to be put together. Drawer tracks weren’t even pre assembled. Despite the hours of getting this vanity put together, it is a great vanity. Holds a lot of stuff and the color changing lights in the side cabinets are super cute! It’s definitely made of better material than most products nowadays. Sturdy and just the right size for a tween!

I got this for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. It’s absolutely beautiful, the lights and storage area are very nice, it could be overwhelming to put it together, too many pieces but if you have help I promise it’s worth it!

Very happy with my purchase!!! This vanity came packaged very very well and is high quality material!! It has a lot of storage and the light on the mirror is nice and Bright!!! The light is also adjustable if you don’t like it to bright. I love all the storage.

The product is well made. There are a few parts could be improved which attach the two sides together. The power supply for the vanity mirror missing from the box, contacted seller waiting on response. This will definitely take 2 people for assembly on certain steps. The instructions have 42 steps listed but each one has 2 - 5 within. All the pieces labeled. Be prepared to spend between 4 - 8 hours putting together. Once assembled moving into place must be done gentle or the sides could move apart. I highly recommend you assemble it in the same room it will be used. Nice option of light changing cabinet lighting controlled with a phone app. I would purchase again but would see if professional assembly could be added.

The media could not be loaded. Took me forever to put together, not because it was hard to put together but because there was sooooo much to put together!!!! But once you push those drawers in and turn on those lights...... baby???!!!!! We in business, okay??????!!!!! Love it so much!!!

Decent for the price. There is a lot of parts so it took a while to assemble (might be a problem if your not good at assembling ikea furniture coz there’s a lot more parts). A couple of the drawers are not aligned properly and there’s a backboard that is cracked/chipped. I also replaced the hardware to match my bedroom furniture (see photo) and did not attach the LED lights that it came with.
