It started working after 4 days .

Seems to be working quite well, however I've only been on it 3 weeks is loosening mucus quite well.

I actually got this from my old man and he likes the way that it makes him breathe easier even though he's a smoker. He needs to quit smoking but still it made him breathe easier.

Efficient product.

I have used Mullien liquid to help with chest congestion and that worked so well I thought I would try a daily capsule. While this did help and do what it said, I actually found more relief with the liquid form vs capsule. It's a good product and a good value and worth trying, just for me I prefer the liquid. On the plus side there is no taste and it's easy to swallow.
