Brilliantly easy to put together, simple & comprehensive instructions and all screws and loose pieces perfectly packed.Not too sure about the padding, feels quite bumpy (may change with time, only had for two days) and does slip down from the top of the chair when you sit since nothing holds it in place.Overall, I’m still very happy with this chair, nice to curl up on and looks beautiful in the room :)

This is a nice and comfortable product.However, I was extremely disappointed to see so much damage on the wooden arms when it was fresh out of the bubble wrap. How has this damage happened?One arm cracked on assembly within 2 seconds which was very disappointing.The stitching on the cushion is freyed.There’s no strap to secure the cushion to the frame so slipping down is an issue.Like I said, it’s nice and comfortable but lower your expectations. It’s not exactly like the photo.

Some screws and holes do not align so unable to build to instructions. Cushion has pink marks on it. Would like a replacement but no offer of this.

I like the chair, looks good, sturdy, comfy yet 1 major flaw the cushion/seat has no attachment to keep it in the chair so when you stand up the seat actually moves with you causing the next person to adjust it before sitting down in it.is it worth the money? If your a practical person who could resolve the slipping cushion then great i just feel it's a design flaw then again the rrp is ok for the frame of the chair and the comfy cushion.It does feel very comfortable to sit back into and it's wide enough and has a good weight balance to suit larger people.

The chair isn’t designed all that well and I didn’t find it that comfy to sit on.The materials that the chair is made from are definitely not the best quality.The fabric on the chair is soft and it has now become a comfy chair for my cat.I would expect better for the price.
