Buy it from direct store
I purchased an Acer Aspire Lite AL15-52 from Amazon, and it was delivered before the promised time. Wanting to add a secondary 1TB SSD, I bought one and went to Acer's authorized service center in Kolkata for installation. However, the service staff informed me that they needed an SSD bracket and cable, which should have been included in the laptop box. Without these accessories, they were unable to install the SSD. I offered to pay for the bracket and cable, but they refused, stating that they didn’t have the necessary spares.I promptly contacted Acer Customer Support and explained that I did not receive any extra cable or SSD housing, only a cleaning cloth, user manual, and CD in the box. Acer then advised me to contact Amazon, stating that since I purchased the laptop from a third-party retailer, it was Amazon’s responsibility to provide those SSD accessories.In light of this experience, I would strongly advise purchasing directly from Acer instead of through a retail partner, as no one seems to take responsibility, leaving the end customer to suffer in the end.Regarding the performance of the laptop - it is working like a charm, back-up is also good, 5-6 hours.

it is not 3.5GHZ processor, it is 1.7GHz processor
The specification mentioned are not correct. it is 1.7Ghz processor. speed is not good.
