I've had this excersize bike for a few months now,itsgood value for your money. It's very sturdy and like the smooth resistance adjustment. I'm 5,9"and it's a great fit ,but for anyone less than that this will be a good size.This is my first bike I've ever had inside ,this is less loud, Asssembly is easy ,had no problem with it.

Over all this is a really good product. It's well maid and for its price and feels very solid. There is some assembly needed but it's very simple and the suppled tools are more than up to the task. Overall it took me about 30 mins to assemble it and 10 minutes of that was unwrapping it (it is very well wrapped).It's very easy to use and very adjustable, I am 175cm and I have the saddle on its highest setting. The saddle can be moved forward and back and the angle can be moved up and down. The console is pretty basic and tracks time, distance, calories.I only really have 2 gripes and this is being very picky. I would have liked to see an RPM setting on the console, which is a pretty normal thing on a spin bike and the water bottle holder position allows for only a small bottles. But overall a very sold well made product.
