So far this treadmill has been very good and I’m really pleased with it. It’s extremely user friendly and straightforward to use, even if you’re not very experienced with gym equipment. The controls are simple and easy to adjust while walking. It comes pretty much already assembled, which was a big plus for me. There’s hardly any setup required, so you can get started almost straight away. I also like that it comes with a remote, making it quick and convenient to change the speed. It has a great range of speed levels, so you can start steady and gradually increase as your fitness improves. It’s perfect for beginners but still good enough to progress with. It feels sturdy and stable while in use with no wobbling, and it folds up neatly to save space. The built-in wheels make it easy to move around when needed, which is really helpful for home use. Overall, I think it’s excellent value for money and I’d definitely recommend it.

Good quality map. Second one I have bought. Arrived with a rip in it which was disappointing. Needed it so haven’t got time to send back a reorder, so will just have to put up with it. Amazing box wasn’t damaged at all, so must have been damaged before being packed. Outside of that, both maps stop slipping, both for exercise bike and bench, and protect the floor.
