Since the listing touts both functions I wasn’t not quite sure if I should be using this as a “toner” or a “serum.” However, having tried both applications, I’ve decided it’s more of a “serum” that should be applied after a toner.I don’t care for the dispenser - flip lid that reduces the flow to 1-2 drops at a time, although that does lean towards the “serum” theory) so, after reading another reviewer’s post, I’ve decided to decant this into a bottle with a pump dispenser.It’s hard to speak to the long-term effectiveness because skincare is so subjective and takes time in general - there are just so many (personal) variables! If you're already using the active ingredient(s), it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look/feel but, at the same time, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up if it’s new to you/your system. Even if it works great for someone else it’s quite likely that your mileage may vary. I really liked that this product softens and hydrates your skin but is also strong enough to exfoliate it. I have very rough skin that is exposed to lots of outdoor heat and dirt and my face needs something that will clean it and work on softening it. This has been a great product for me. I especially like the little sponge applicator, it makes me feel fancy. Great product for those of us who have dirty faces and enlarged pores.

First off I wish they would design the opening of the bottle differently. It was an annoying way to distribute the product. It feels cool on the skin when applying. My skin feels smooth but I see no brightening. It it a product that I can't live without? No. Probably won't buy again.

This toner is a generous size for the money, the ingredients are not listed anywhere. Looking at the description online, this has alpha hydroxy acid, hyaluronic acid vitamin E. It has a plug on the bottle which has to be removed in order for the serum to come out, not a fan of that. It absorbs quickly leaving behind no scent. I've been using this for several months and have seen some improvement in my skin's texture. I would have given this five stars, if not for the missed list of ingredients and the odd applicator.

So I feel like mandelic acid serum is not commonly known as compared to the other acids like glycolic, salicylic, etc., so I was not sure what to expect when I gave this product a shot. I have been using it for a few weeks and although I do not see a huge difference yet (skincare always takes a while!) I like how it makes my skin feel and have noticed slightly less closed comedones. The serum is definitely a serum like consistency, almost a little slimy, but it absorbs into the skin well. It does sting ever so slightly on application but that's expected. I like that it comes with hyaluronic acid too for a little more moisture since acids can dry out your skin.

Really gentle on skin and effective. It's a good value and I saw results in just a few weeks. Helps make skin glowy and bright.

I cannot use this product as it irritated and burns my skin, causing it to itch!

I've been using this for a couple months now as directed and I really don't see a difference. I have a good amount left and perhaps this is an overtime use you will see improvement. If you don't have the patience and want immediate results, this is not the one for that. I will update once I've finished the bottle so until then.
