This tool works perfectly as described. It’s really cool to make lattice with pastry dough! I recommend cutting on a silicone mat. Otherwise, be sure to press downward with some force to make sure you cut through because sometimes it’s difficult to repair missed cuts.

This is the best thing since sliced bread! It takes a little practice, but then you have perfection. My beef Wellington and pies look wonderful. I never knew they had such a thing as a pastry cutter.

I can't give 5 stars because I couldn't get it to work like the video shows. Probably just my skill level, but if I can't get it to work, it shows that it isn't as easy as they say. It cut the dough fine, but the dough didn't separate like a net.It is metal and sturdy, but it just didn't work right for me. It is sharp though, so be careful!
