I HAVEN' HAD TO USE MY OVEN SINCE I BOUGHT IT. MUCH BETTER THAN CRAWLING DOWN AND CLEANING A REGULAR . I RARELY HVE TO USE MY MICROWAVE AND STOVE TOP. iT DOES SO MANY THINGS. BUT IT DOES REQUIRE A LEARNING TIME BECAUSE OF THIS. THE AIR FRYER PART IS NOT AS STRONG AS MY STAND ALONE ONE WAS, BUT I FIND THE OTHER MENU SETTINGS MAKE UP FOR THIS. ILOVE BAKING ONE CASSEROLE MEALS IN IT, AND HAVE STARTED GRILLING VEGGIES AND HOT HONEY (YUMMY) & ROASTING A WHOLE CHICEN, ETC. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS IT IS A BREEZE TO CLEAN, SO MUCH BETTER THAN AN AIR FRYER IT IS STAINLESS STEEL AND WHILE YOU CAN'T SOS IT IT COMES CLEAN WITH A CONCOTION OF DAWN & BAKING SODA ON A SPONGE. IT LOOKS VERY GOOD SITTING ON THE COUNTER.AND IT HAS MANY ONLINE SITES THAT TEACH OUT TO USE IT AND ALSO FOR RECIPES. IN MOST CASES WHETHER YOU ARE COOKING FROM SCRATCH OR FROZEN DINNERS THE INFO ON THE PKG ARE THE SAME YOU CAN USE IN THE MICROWAVE OR BAKE ,ETC. i AM 89 AND LOVE TO COOK AND THIS IS A REALLY GREAT PRODUCT AND THE BOOK AND OTHER SHORT CUTS ARE PART OF THE PKG.

I received my Nuwave yesterday, and my first thought was what have I gotten myself into. It seemed far more complicated than my little Black & Decker. But, I read through the material and receipe book which gave step-by-step instructions as to how to set up the racks, probe, and temperature. In an hour's time, the ribs turned out perfectly - no fuss, no guess work.I also like the fact that it is not overly tall as I am concerned about heat under the cabinet. The oven is a bit pricey, but well worth it. It should be the last time I need to purchase an oven.

I've gone through 2 Breville Toaster ovens over the past 20 years. Both still work, but the convection fans stopped working after a number of years.Wanting to upgrade to an oven air fryer, I chose NuWave because it met all my requirements, plus some. It will fit my existing 13" pizza stone and pans, my muffin tins, and even my 12" frying pans that didn't quite fit my old oven due the size of the handles. The pluses are the griddle, the probe, and the price. It's significantly less expensive than a Breville.I don't understand why NuWave has so many different models. Many of the differences seem to be model years and whether it includes the grill pan or not. And I think Amazon makes it even more complicated by mixing years and features within the same listing and duplicate listings with different prices. I eventually chose the 2024 model with grill pan, but received the 2025 version after a delay in shipping.My first thought is that the controls are way too complicated. Maybe it's a design feature, but having an on/off button in addition the the start nob is taking some getting used to. And for all the built in settings, there isn't one for bagels. I appreciate being able to control the % of heat split between top and bottom elements (another plus), and I'm sure I'll find the perfect bagel setting. But, I sure do miss the simplistic control of my old oven with 3 nobs and 2 buttons to easily choose function, temperature, and time. And when it came to toasting, choosing slices and darkness, which automatically adjusted time based on the slices and whether the toaster was already hot from a previous use.I thought the grill plate would be great, and I've used it to make burgers and bacon so far. Both came out great but took a lot longer than I expected. The grill is much thinner than I anticipated. I though it might be iron, but feels more like aluminum, so it cools down quickly. I wish the flat side had a lip around the edge so it could be used without worrying something will drip off the edge. Might have been good for making pancakes if that had been the case.As for air frying, I don't see a much difference between bake and air fry setting. Maybe it's because both run with the fan on high by default. And so does toast for that matter.One last though, and something more to get used to, is that the oven pre-heat is an option, not a default. Seems to take longer to get to temperature too.Oh, and when time runs out at the end of a cycle, if you want to add a few more minutes, it doesn't turn on with the settings you last used. You'll need to start from the beginning. Hope you remember what temperature you were baking at!Bottom line when compared to the Breville Smart Oven is that you'll probably miss those smart features.

We have only had this Nuwave Bravo Pro Air Fryer Toaster Oven 30QT Stainless Steel 2025 New, Model 20857 for a few days and already loving it. Love the interior light feature while cooking is going on. When we cooked steaks on the non-stick grill tray we could hear the sizzling. We expected to see a lot of splattering in the interior but there was barely anything to clean up and so easy to do so. Nuwave even gave us a free 5 year warranty in place of the one year manufacturers warranty. We highly recommend this product. P.S. see the gray mat underneath. We ordered it separately on Amazon. It was very inexpensive and it slides so easily to bring the toaster oven away from under the kitchen cabinets while cooking and easy to slide back in place and it’s heat resistant. We think it’s a good addition to have.

I wanted to clear some of my counter clutter and after my toaster oven died, I decided to try a combo oven. Two relatives have earlier models of this oven and were very happy with it, so I decided to buy this model. It is a little bigger than the previous model and the unit is very versatile. I cook primarily for myself, and I am able to do most meal prep in this oven. My full-sized oven has not gotten much use since I purchased this oven and I gave away my air fryer. I feel like this oven is available for a good price considering it replaced 2 other appliances on my counter.
